ToolTips for the Filter and Command Toolbar Buttons

Hi, it would be great if tooltips could be added for the  Filter and Command Toolbar Buttons.

I have a bunch of them and only using 1-2 letters for the names to save space, so it would be great to see  the command e.g "General: Locate Selected Track in Windows Explorer" or filter name e.g. "Decade" when hovering over these.

Are you using the latest version of MusicBee? I already get tooltips showing the full description of any Command buttons.
Nothing for Filters though.

Toolbar "tips" have been showing for long before the current version.
