Was messing around with my old ipad and figure what I could use it for and found this. You could do the same with a smart phone or any android tablet also.

You will need to intall an app called spacedesk on your iPad and on your PC and link the two over your wifi. Then its simply a matter of changing your monitor settings in windows. Its all really well explained here, its pretty straightfoward. Edit - You will have to give permission with your firewall otherwise it won't work.

Once that is setup, you just need to set your visualizer setttings(musicbee) to screen 2 and fullscreen under visualizer dock.

I have a old first gen iPad and it works really well although a bit slow to do anything other than what I'm currently using it for.

Edit - Seems to be a bit buggy with some visualisation options however it works fine with the artist picture setting on my pc.
