Having just got myself a new PC running windows 11, I was wondering where does MB install to now as not in Program Files nor Program Files (x86)

Help please as need to install additional tagging tools please

Unless I misunderstand, this has nothing to do with Windows 11, and it's up to you.
My advice: install MusicBee portable, in a folder outside the Windows related/controlled folders on your C:/ drive.
(meaning: preferably on a D: drive or something)

How to install plugins such as Additional Tagging and Reporting Tools is also unrelated to using Windows 11 far as I know.
