I'm not sure how to phrase this, but I think it will make sense if I explain it. Normally I put all audio files in the Music folder (which is monitored), where MusicBee adds them to the inbox, and then, if they're added to the library, auto-organize takes it from there.

Every once in a while, like today, I end up with an audio file in my downloads folder (which is not monitored), and then I'm not thinking about it and add it to the library, and then my entire downloads folder gets re-organized into the Music folder. Oops!

Can you see any not terribly complicated way to prevent this? One thing I thought of would be "only reorganize non-media files in monitored folders", or something to that effect.
