Small tagging improvements

1. Make more tagging tools assignable as hotkeys, specifically the "Remove Tags..." tool. Currently it requires you to navigate to this submenu which is a bit tedious.

These are the tools currently available as hotkeys:


2. Keyboard navigation when editing tags
It would be very helpful if there were keys assigned to these buttons. Maybe ALT+Arrow Key?

As a semi-solution, you can assign "save and goto next" as a hotkey, which has the effect of saving plus the right arrow button. It's also the only way I know of to save changes without closing the tag editor.

for the next v3.5 update i have added a hotkey for Remove Tags
for #2, you can already use alt-Up and alt-Down
I guess thats not very intuitive so i have also added alt-Left, alt-Right
However if you assign any of those key combinations are hotkeys, the hotkey definition will be used
