Enable Year Editing in Playlists

I am pretty sure I was able to edit the year column whilst within a playlist before.  For some reason it won't let me do it now. (I did a clean reinstall recently).
I have looked at preferences and the box is ticked for "enable direct editing of tags in the main panel". I am able to edit all fields whilst within a playlist with the exception of Year.  When not within a playlist, I am able to edit Year.  Is that now normal?

Can you please post a screenshot of what the playlist looks like when you're unable to edit the year?

you cant directly edit tag: Year (yyyy) as its derived from the Year tag.
You should be able to edit the Year tag itself
