How to remove artist name and song information

Is there a way to remove the name of the artist that's next to the name of the song. Also can you remove this information in the bottom right?

Edit-Edit Preferences->Now Playing...playback...scroll in player as:

Edit-Edit Preferences->Layout...bottom panel...uncheck "show summary statistics"
