I'm just wondering where MB gets its album art when streaming music?

I would assume it depends on the stream. Quite often the streamer sends art along with the track/artist information. When it doesn't, I don't think MB goes out and gets it. I may be wrong about this last part, but that's my understanding.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

Thanks Phred. It would be interesting to know how that works.

My guess is that it's similar to how am FM radio display can show the track information (and/or other data.)

if artwork is not part of the associated data with the stream, as long as there is album, and artist details on the stream, MB will attempt to retrieve artwork from the providers configured in the Tags(2) preferences.
If its a radio stream (only), MB will attempt to retrieve artwork based on the artist and title from a restricted set of providers that have support for that type of lookup

Hey Steven, thanks. What are  "restricted set of providers"?
