Override (Just) Lyrics Color Highlight

Is there a skin element that can override the Lyrics panel's color highlight set in Preferences -> Layout (1)?

EDIT: ElementPanel.Default affects multiple panels, not just the Lyrics one. I see there was a Lyrics.Panel element, but it seems to have been deprecated?

There might have been a Lyrics.Panel in the past but I expect it was removed in v3
There are no overrides for the lyrics panel
