Does anyone know if there is talk of a possible version of MB for Android or iPhone?

I doubt it. It would essentially be another app with the same name by the time it got to a mobile platform.

foobar for iOS is functional enough, and doesn't need itunes to sync.

Not very likely to happen.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

No plans for this, but if there was an android/iphone developer wanting to implement some sort of syncing protocol with MB for their own player then I am happy implement something

Does anyone use Muzecast on their Android device?
It allows you to stream music from your PC to your android device.
I use MusicBee to organize/tag my audio files and Muzecast to stream to my mobile phone.
