I'm trying to make a playlist mixer that includes all my songs rated 4-stars and up, but I don't want it to include any songs from the folders listed in the screenshot. The above settings I'm using do not work.

What should I do here?

I had to change "match any" to "match all", how embarassing. Problem solved lol.
