Does it happen every time you try to add any music file to the library?
Or does it only happen some times?
And if some times, it it always the same file?

How exactly are you adding to the library?
Step-by-step please.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

that doesnt look like a direct musicbee error. It could be a few things but as a guess it might be your security software interferring with MB - try whitelisting MB in that software
