I'm running two displays, a 27" 4K as my primary and 1080p in portrait orientation as my secondary, to the lower right in accordance with the devices' spatial relationship to one another on my desk.
I changed the size of the pop-up to 640x360 from its 300x??? default, and now it intrudes onto the secondary display in a way that does a number on its coherence.
That tells me that the anchor corner of the pop-up should be congruent to the associated display corner, probably even when the user is operating single-headed.
