Just wanted to post this here since I did not see anything regarding getting MusicBee and the media keys on MX Keys (or many other Logitech keyboards that utilize Logitech Options [LO]) to play nicely with one another.

Luckily, you don't have to do anything inside of MusicBee.

Select your keyboard in LO, then change your applications from "All Applications" in the top right to "MusicBee".
Select your media keys, and change the functions on all of them to Keystroke Assignment, and change as follows:

Previous Track: Ctrl + B
Next Track: Ctrl + N
Play/Pause: Ctrl + P

And voila! Your media keys will now work with MusicBee.

Mind you, you do need to be in MusicBee for this to function, but at least now your media keys work.
