wifi sync issue - sync successful but songs then transfer again

I am having an issue with syncing tracks to my Samsung s10+ (android 11). Sometimes whenever the device completes a sync the next sync will include the same songs as the previous sync. The sync says it is successful every time but for some reason the same songs show up on the preview list and after syncing and transferring the songs again the same songs will still show up on the preview list.

I am using the latest version of Musicbee 3.4.7764

EDIT: I have tried restarting both computer and phone and that does not make a difference. Below is a error log, I do get an error sometime when I try to do a sync advising that no server can be found but when I press preview or sync again it will usually work
