Let's say I have a playlist with movie theme songs, and I want to add a field with the name of the movie the song comes from.

However, I don't want it to be a tag on the music file because it don't want it appearing in other places and if I have a lots of playlists then I won't have enough tags.

Would it be possible to add a comment on each file added to a playlist?

No, that's not possible.
Perhaps one custom tag named something like 'playlist info' could serve a purpose here?

The problem in that case it's that it would be limited to a tag per playlist. But I guess that's the only way.

I don't understand, all playlists could access and use that tag?

I am looking for a unique field per playlist. Like a comment on each song.
In playlist A it could be "A" and in playlist B it could be "B"

Are you saying you'd want the same song to show different comments in different playlists?
A smile is happiness you'll find right under your nose.
