I moved my music library down two tiers in the same drive, and have lost all the changes made on Musicbee over the past week.
Is there any way to recover the mapping of the music files to the original library?

What do you mean by "music library?"
By MusicBee definition, the "music library" is an MBL file stored in the ..\Library directory.
A lot of people use "music library" to mean where their files are stored.

If the latter, the obvious recovery method would be to... move your files back to their original location.
Then, you can research and implement a proper method of moving files within the MusicBee program itself.
