In Artist view, the bottom panel lists every track for the selected artists
Though, when a track has multiple artists, that track of course belongs to each artist, and so when selecting both artists, the track gets listed multiple times

exemple, after few filters trough thumbnail browser I get to 2 tracks, one by Daniel Johnston and 1 by Queen & Bowie
the track by Queen and Bowie has both tagged as artists

so the view rightfully shows 3 artists for 2 tracks

but the bottom panel also shows 3 instances for 2 tracks (when no artist is selected or all artist are selected)

when selecting:

Is this how it's intended to work? or is it a bug?
Couldn't it just be implemented adding an "if" in case the track is already listed

I imagine it might be a little more difficult to implement, which is why I haven't brought this up myself.
I will +1 since it's here now, though. (Oops, thought this was the Wishlist board.)

if you imagine you were using the Artists view and clicking on each picture shows the expanded panel ie. so you only see the tracks related to that artist, then i would expect the same track to show under Queen and under David Bowie.
So when showing the tracks panel down the bottom and no artist is selected, its simply showing the tracks for all artists which would duplicate the same track. I dont consider that a bug but i also understand its not what you would intuitively expect.
I am not going to make any change for this in v3.4

yeah I got that, it makes sense for the panel that appears after clicking
I just tought it could be possible to treat that appearing panel and the pinned bottom panel like 2 different things, if it was easy to do from a programming point
but it's a minor thing, thanks anyway
