MusicBee doesn't play 4K webm video files. Plays only audio.

Hello. I have a question.

My MusicBee video library doesn't play 4K webm video files. Plays only audio.
I am trying to play and open with VLC media player. The video file itself have no problems and works fine.
4k mkv opens and works fine in musicbee.

Does anyone have a similar problem. Is there a fix. Can anyone help me.

Are you trying to launch the video from within MB?
Do you have VLC set up in Preferences > Tools?
Do you have the file(s) in the Video node? Preferences > Layout (1) > left sidebar > video?

If yes to all of the above and it's still not working
What version of MB are you using? (Help > About)
How was MB installed? (Installer, Portable, Store)

Yes I try to launch the video from within MusicBee and I have the files in video node. I should have the latest version 3.3.7367.

BTW, 7367 is not the latest. From MB's download page the latest is 7491. But even that has been updated by patches. I suggest the 3.4 patch in my sig. You don't need to do anything but follow the directions in the sig. I can't guarantee that this will fix your issue, but it always helps to be running the latest version.

You are right I didn't had the latest version. I updated but it didn't fix the problem.

Assuming you have added the file to the Video node in MusicBee then yes its a bug which has been fixed for the next v3.4 update.
If you have the file anywhere else such as in the Music node then MB will only play audio
