CDs not scrobbling to lastfm

(This is probably more relevant in Bug Reports so I'll make a copy of it there.  I'm unable to remove this post so apologies for the duplicate.)

Good morning and happy New Year,

I've found today that CD tracks are not appearing in the LastFmScrobble.log whereas files are.  I don't know if this has ever worked, and maybe it isn't supposed to, as I've only just noticed it.  I renamed the .log file and MusicBee recreated it but that didn't help.

Does anyone have any information or suggestions please?

Bit more information: the currently playing track shows in lastfm but only the currently playing track.  I guess that because they aren't written to MusicBee's log, they don't then appear in lastfm except when currently playing.
