Is there a way to adjust the panning for individual songs?

In a song's Edit > Settings, there's various settings to set the volume and equalizer settings. However, i don't see one for panning. Is there a way to do this, or is it only a global setting?

Unlikely and as this seems like a extremely rare, almost mythical use -case, it's also unlikely to be applied.
