Musicbee and xpadder only working when minimized

I'm using a gamepad to control musicbee with global hot keys and then assigning them to button presses with Xpadder. I'm also using the plugin to output to a upnp device. The gamepad runs from my pc in my bedroom to my living room and I use it to control music while I stream music to my receiver. The gamepad only works when Musicbee is minimized. Any idea if there's a setting within musicbee that can fix this?

Yes, you need to download the upgraded version of Xpadder 5.7 with a music bee software update. You can download xpadder from xpadder.net for the upgraded free version.
