Adding Folders (Newbie Here)

Hey everyone!

Im having an issue. Please don't laugh! So I have my Musicbee ready to go and I added some folders to my desktop to add and play around with the software. My main Libraries are on 2 external drives.

I cant seem to "add folders" am I missing something that is right in front of me? It is having me add each file and that doesn't seem right. More than likely its me. I tend to miss the obvious! Help!

What do you mean by "libraries?" If MusicBee isn't showing any music, then your Library is empty, so you must mean where your music is stored, correct? If so, you'll need to add the folders where your files are located under Preferences.

File->Scan Folders for New Files...Choose Folders (at the upper right).

Note whether you're adding to the Inbox or directly to the library so you'll know where to look for the files.
