You're looking at the auto-dj settings. If you mouse over the left side of the window, the navigator should pop up, which will let you go back to your library instead.

If you can't get the navigator to pop up, go into the layout settings (next to the search box) and set Left Sidebar to Show.

Is it the skin you want to get back (color scheme) or the layout? Or both?

Unless you previously saved the layout (Menu Bar > View > Import/Export) you can't easily get your old layout back. You'll need to tell us, or show us what panels you had where and we can try to help. Or you can go to the panel configuration (little box to the left of the search bar) and move panels around yourself. Once you find something you like, it would be a good idea to save it as I have described.

And while you're saving things, you can save your settings via the Menu Bar > Edit > Saved Settings > Save/Load.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

I had the basic display, this one: https://imgur.com/a/etpKhyd, tell me if you can see.
For now, I would just like to know how to find this layout, then I would try to manage to customize it.

Thank you
