Does the rip speed affect much the quality of the FLAC file?

Asking because I can't really notice any difference between my CDs ripped in FLAC and the MP3s downloaded from Google Play.

I'm perfectly fine with the way they sound, I'm just curious here.

There is no relation between ripping speed and sound quality.
MusicBee uses AccurateRip.
It will tell you if the rip is “wrong”

Most people are unable to discriminate between MP3 and FLAC.
The once who do are in general listening with their eyes.
