I receive this error when completing the sync on my Samsung Galaxy S10:

MusicBee v3.2.6902.32258 (Win10.0), 11 Nov 2020 7:44:

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
   at #=zmAYf$bxbms8L0g66RDO8e5A=.Dispose(Boolean #=zgA1mcvM=)
   at System.ComponentModel.Component.Finalize()

I wouldn't be surprised if this issue is because you're using a version of MB that is at least two years old. There have been lots of changes to MB, including syncing, since then.

If you're using the Store version, I suggest getting rid of it and using the Portable. Install it to a directory like C:\MusicBee. If you're already using the Portable, or the Installer, see my sig to download and apply the latest 3.3 or 3.4 patch.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

Huh, didn't even think to update. I assumed it was auto-updating or something.
I'll give the Portable a shot now. Thanks for the speedy response.

Yes, that seems to have fixed the issue.
I installed the Portable version, as advised. Only difference this time being that I connected my sd card directly to my pc this time as for some reason my S10 kept disconnecting, or not being recognised. No error message this time though!
