Author Topic: Problem in changing location music folder  (Read 910 times)

Hello,

I had this error, and MusicBee asked to post it on the forum.
My problem is that i can not change my music folder. I'm stuck on the default one (on the C drive), which is empty so far, as my music folder is on the E drive.

That looks like it relates to you Playing Tracks list. What is it you were trying to do?

Nevermind, I found your original message. I've consolidated them.

When you say you were trying to change the Music folder, what were the exact steps? We're you doing something with the folder view in the left side bar?

C:\Program Files (x86)\ is an admin protected folder.
It is not an appropriate place for your library and you would need to run MB as an administrator to do anything to change that
