Support for custom Disc titles in the "Album Covers" library layout

As it stands, the "Album and Tracks" layout handles custom disc titles, such as "A" or "1: The Beginning" without any problems. However, the discs aren't displayed nor are the tracks split into discs in the Album Covers layout. It would be great if the latter layout had the same property!

Thats an oversight. This version should work:
https://getmusicbee.com/patches/MusicBee34_Patched.zip
unzip and replace the existing musicbee application files
