I'm not sure I understand the question. You can't select the ones you want to delete?

I mean from the Library - main panel. Is there a way to select multiple albums at once? I just want to remove those from the MB Library not the pc.

Same keys are the standard windows select multiple files: CRTL-CLICK is the files are not all sequential. If they are, then SHIFT-CLICK and then either right-click > delete (or remove) or hit the DEL key. You should get a prompt to remove from library only or remove from the computer. I suggest testing with an album or two first before you do all 100. Just to make sure it's doing what you expect.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.
