Everytime I start MB it opens to an almost fullscreen window, except that the top bar (with minimize, maximize, and close buttons) are all out of view behind the top bezel of my display. I would like it to either open fullscreen or a neater looking smaller window about 80% of the screen, centered. Is there a way to specify this?
Running W10 on a Surface Pro 5.
