Hi
I tried to update 3_4_7547 but when i check MB in about it is still showing version 3.4.7481
I downloaded this one http://www.mediafire.com/file/1lem2lbf7rlpi09/MusicBee_Setup_3_4_7547.zip/file
and extracted the file within MB.

That's a setup file. You have to extract the .exe to your MB directory and then RUN that to start the installation.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

Try whitelisting the entire MB folder in your anti-virus application.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

I'd suggest manually installing the patch from phred's or my signature, instead.

Great, glad that got it.

Are you running a regular or portable installation, out of curiosity?

Hmm. And you didn't get any warnings or error messages about running the file from within the MB folder?

That's really odd. Maybe next time try running it from a non-protected folder (Downloads or something) and not as an administrator? I think it only needs to be in the MB folder if it's a portable installation. Or just keep using the patch. :)

If you have a regular installation, shouldn't this be installing to C:\Program Files (x86)\MusicBee rather than to your E drive? Can you find the files it says it put in E:\My\MusicBee?

Programs that i use most i prefer to install in other drive in case something happens to C drive.I been doin this for ages.Thats why it is in E drive. But i didn't have this problem of update before.Which means till version 3.4.7481 it was still updating fine with the same process.
