No.it says the file is missing but some do play. I just deleted the library file and am gonna start fresh, except this time without any compilations

I'm surprised MusicBee didn't ask you if you wanted to remove the missing files, but yes I would expect them to show as missing. If they're still playing, check the file path in the tag editor to see if MusicBee has the location you moved them to. You're just scanning the Music folder, right?
