I like my single-digit track numbers to have a leading zero, but when a cue sheet is involved, MusicBee doesn't display the leading zero. How can I fix this?

Cue sheet excerpt:
Code
FILE "Erik Truffaz - Saloua.ape" WAVE
  TRACK 01 AUDIO
    TITLE "Saloua"
    PERFORMER "Erik Truffaz"
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
  TRACK 02 AUDIO
    TITLE "Big Wheel"
    PERFORMER "Erik Truffaz"
    INDEX 01 05:08:40
  TRACK 03 AUDIO
    TITLE "Whispering"
    PERFORMER "Erik Truffaz"
    INDEX 01 10:57:05
  TRACK 04 AUDIO
    TITLE "Yabous"
    PERFORMER "Erik Truffaz"
    INDEX 01 16:05:18

This is how it's set. I would expect a leading zero with these settings.

And it's only albums with cue sheets that don't have the leading zero?

Yes it's only albums with cue sheets that are missing the zero.

Of course, all other files I tagged myself, and I always add leading zero in Mp3tag...

The expanded panel in the Album Covers view shows the <Track#> field not the <Disc-Track#> field, so the formatting for <Disc-Track#> doesnt apply.
I expect you are right that when cuesheets are loaded, the leading 0 is ignored. But I wont change that
