Hi,

Whenever I try to use the tagging tools to find inconsistent sort tags, I'm getting the following error:

unfortunately the error doesnt give much of a clue as to what is going wrong. Can you post a screenshot of the application and also do you select specific files when running the command?

Here's a screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/PHX2Mn3.jpg

I get the same error whether I select one file or all files.

Thanks,

Gaz

I still cant reproduce this but suggest you try temporarily turning off grouping in the main panel to see if thats what is behind the issue

Hi,

Thanks for the replies. I sorted it out eventually. I had some tracks that had no entry in the 'Artist' tag. Once I'd fixed those, it started working again.

Cheers,

Gaz
