Not needing to do this yet, but wondering if MB has the ability to create a flash drive of songs for use in a car radio that supports a flash drive?

If the answer is yet, does it also have the ability to convert flac to mp3 (should the car only support mp3 or to keep size down).

And also, is would MB be able to handle single file album files + cue (be able to create separate mp3 files from these).

Yup - My library is mostly flac files - I have a playlist of tracks for the car which I maintain constantly - periodically I'll copy and convert the tracks in the playlist onto my SD card for the car player - it's a 2 second operation to initiate in MusicBee.

For managing cue sheets, the easiest thing is to use the file browser in Music Bee - navigate to the folder containing the flac file + cue sheet and MusicBee automatically displays the list of tracks which you can then drag into playlists etc.
