Artwork Internet search fails

Trying to update or add some artwork. Internet searches fail with with unable to locate "by 'Johnny Cash'". In a few cases, though, searches do work. What's happening and how do I fix it?

First of all, be sure you have updated to the latest version of MusicBee and applied the latest update patches, as there have been recent changes to fix problems with former retrieval sites.  Also, if you are using the "Windows Store" version of MusicBee, consider changing to either the Installer or Portable versions, as the Store version lags way behind in receiving the newest updates.
