An "[Unknown]" album has appeared in Musicbee, whose source file(s) cannot be be found.

How do I remove this from MB?

Select the file > right-click > search > locate in computer node > manually identify the file or remove the file with the delete key which should give you an option to remove from the library (does not delete the file) or delete the file.

OR

Select the file > right-click > search > locate in Windows explorer > delete the file
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

If the source file isn't found (and isn't identified in such a way that you can relocate it - if you look at the file properties it should tell you the expected location) then just delete the track as you normally would, and don't worry about whether to delete it from the computer.
