[NOTE] This skin is part of a series designed to keep the player at a fixed width and central to the screen even when used on a higher resolution monitor e.g. the player stays at fixed width and centralised...the screen either side of the player takes up the stretch.  So if you have a very large monitor and want the player to stretch from left to right side, this is NOT the one for you!
