Sync playlist and keep folder structure

My folder structure is like this:
Z:\multimedia\me\music\album artist\album\song.mp3

When I select an album in music tab and "send it to device" it will preserve some part of my folder hierachy within the device location:
me\music\album artist\album\song.mp3

When I add this album to a playlist and send the playlist to my device it will not preserve the same folder hierachy:
album\song.mp3

How can I let music bee to structure the song files sent via playlist like sent directly?

Of course, the option to keep filesnames is enabled in the device sync settings.

I've read 10 threads about such issues but it seems like I am the only one with that one. Except for this one. Because I have also redundant files in the end.

I didn't gave up searching and finally found a solution or workaround here

In short:
Even though we wan't to keep folder structure, uncheck the keep filesnames and foldernames option.
Instead use the renaming template mechanism and just enter Music\ there

Now playlists will also keep folder structure.
