Change auto-applied contrast on panels with artwork

The auto applied contrast (darken by 60%?) on Album & Tracks can lead to legibility problems on coloured backgrounds:



Possible solutions:

(1) change the percentage to somewhere between 20% & 30%
(2) have a slider like the picture_size on on Albums drop down menu
