Its not ideal as it does the same on all the panels, and the playing tracks panel in your skin's case doesn't need it

Well, that's a very minor compromise. Still looking good to me.

I don't think it affects all panels? Album view's extended panel does not seem to benefit from this setting.

I had to change the full stop to a comma to make it work.
If I recall correctly you were able to accommodate for such regional differences in the past?
