Lose Pointer In Lyrics Entry Box

I don't know if this is a "bug" or "just one of those things that happens" but I figured I'd post it because it confused me a couple of times.

In the Tag Editor
Lyrics Tab
Lyrics Entry Area
Over the actual text of existing lyrics - pointer turns to I bar like it should
Over area with blank space (to the right of a line of lyrics for example), or, if there are no lyrics, over the entire box - pointer disappears entirely

The text-box doesnt occupy the entire width of the panel so the right most 5px and the scrollbar the cursor should revert to the default pointer.
If the cursor doesnt show at all then I dont know why that would be and its not something that MB is controlling ie. its default windows functionality
