musicbee cache main panel artwork with zero compression

Is there a way to force musicbee to cache artwork with zero compression (or to force a cache size eg 200% larger than the display size)?
Linux based music players tend to do the former, and the crispness is VERY beautiful.
Thinking some kind of plugin might need to be written for this feature.

Unticking "fit to panel" in the view preferences will give the best results, but for the next v3.4 update i have upgraded the interpolation algorithm for cached artwork
