I started a Sync to my Android phone, and noticed it was going to my phone's main storage, so I stopped the Sync, deleted the folders, went to Edit / Edit Preferences / Devices / Settings, and changed the storage path to my memory card. I then did Sync, and it started putting the files back into the main storage. I restarted MusicBee, started Sync, and it then copied files to the memory card.
