I could make great use of case-sensitive searches when doing a custom search. Not for the the search box on the tool bar, but for custom searches.

I envision in the custom search criteria window a check box to enable/disable the search as case-sensitive or not.

you can already do it using regex. If you search the forum i recall you already raised this issue and i think redwing answered it with how to do it
