Creating new Tab

I want to create a new plugin. Unfortunately, the API is not documented, so I have no idea how the functions work. Can anyone explain to me how to create a new tab or provide documentation for the C# API?

More specifically, I mean creating a new type of card such as "Video", "Radio", etc.

Creating a new tab is not supported. The closest you can get is to create a panel that the user can then dock somewhere on the window
