Easiest if I just show it...

In the 'left sidebar/navigator' section the 'do not display' element is overlapping two other elements.

    Does it still happen if you use a different skin? Perhaps test with the default skin.
      Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
      Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.
