Filter by Date and Time in Auto Playlist Rule

Is it possible to filter by date AND time in the "Date Added" field for an Auto Playlist rule?

I cannot enter a space so I cannot enter something like "12/27/2019 3:00PM".

I tried pasting a value from a track (the value has a space like the example above) and it didn't work. Is there a special format I can use or perhaps another field that supports date and time added?
