On the screenshot there is a very small blue/green Track-Artist text (even when Musicbee is minimised.)
Any idea where I can increase the size - or remove it

Thanks

Hi, welcome to the forum!

If you go into your layout settings (button next to the search box), is there anything in the floating window? That's the only thing I can think of that might even cause that.

Hi psychoadept
Thanks for your reply.
Nothing exciting, the only thing there that I thought it could be is the floating window - which is not displayed.
You can see the small "Humble me- Norah Jones" text on the wallpaper just above the search and layout buttons.
And its incredibly persistent about being "on Top". I can drag the text round, I have dual monitors, if I put a program on one that is "always on top" and drag this text over it,
the text takes presidency.
I don't mind it except I would like it, either larger and legible, or not at all.
Does anyone else have this text on their screens?
Thanks

Huh, that's really a mystery to me. And I guess it closes with MusicBee and comes back when you open it?

What skin are you using?
Perhaps it is triggered by a flaw in the skin.
Or does it happen with all skins?

Hi psychoadept, hiccup

FOUND IT.

It is the addon "desktop lyrics"
Disabled it and the text vanished.
Teach me to read the instructions when I install an add, I don't use LRC files, just assumed the lyric would be taken from the MP3.
Still, the addon lets me apply font type, size and colour to the text.
I now have a large, "always on top", Track and Artist announcement.
Thanks for your help.
Cheers

Nice work! I wasn't even aware of that plugin, although it did make me think of the minilyrics window a little
