It's one of the selections available from the Lyrics Reloaded plugin. I don't think it is a stock option with MB.

The question becomes does the OP have said plugin installed? And if so, is Musixmatch enabled?

I'm not sure about the OP, but I have the plugin with Musixmatch enabled and run into this regularly.

Whatever the cause. you would need to post in the plugin thread for help. Although I don't think it's been maintained for a while.

It hasn't needed to be maintained for a while.

It's possible MusixMatch changed something on their end.  Is it missing all MusixMatch lyrics or just some?

Okay, so I deleted the plugin and redownloaded it. I'm still having the problem, but as before, it's not all songs. Screenshot links below.

I have been facing the same issue lately and I believe it may be due to musixmatch using some sort of captcha wall when they encounter too many requests from the same IP. After checking a bunch of files' lyrics automatically and going to the site manually afterwards it wanted to know if I was a human for that reason. But the problem remains even after solving said captha in the browser.

P.D.: Does anyone know WHERE can I edit or add to the famous .yml files on the Lyrics Reloaded plugin?
